Dick has been a Realtor since 1978, and Associate Broker since 2006. After graduating from high school, he spent 2 years in the Army.  He started a residential framing business and had multiple framing crews.  Dick Wolf's professional experience and knowledge of the industry has been the driving force for Wolf Professional Realty's success.  His visionary approach to real estate opportunities has given him the competitive advantage when developing and marketing new projects.  As owner/operator of Dick Wolf Construction for 22 years, he built more than 150 homes in addition to commercial buildings, apartment buildings, and acreages. He has extensive experience subdividing property, 1031 Exchanges, and project marketing.  Dick's knowledge of building codes, county requirements, and well/septics has made him a valuable asset to Wolf Professional Realty. 

In his spare time, he enjoys watching his grandchildren in sports, music and school functions.  Dick's walking companion is his Pekepoo Millie.
